NO APPLE PAY!!! :-( Fortune 500 company that does NOT take Apple/Android PAY amazes me. It not just focusing or blaming on this store, but in whole company. I goto store to buy over $1000.00 Worth of products and standing in line to wait for cashier and finally get checked out and guess what NO APPLE PAY!!! It doesn’t cost the company extra money to offer APPLE-PAY. Come on Gordon Food Service as in the name Service. Someone in Corp NEEDS to see this and get this addressed ASAP. This is the 21 century.

I had a 3 day ordeal with the gfs Florence location. I ordered product 3 days ago and they said it would be in the next day. They called yesterday and said the item was damaged during shipping and they would reorder and it would be in today.
I called to confirm the order was in and they said yes. I drove 20 miles to pick up the order to find out it was not in.
The cashier Brandon was helpful however I left frustrated and will no longer do business with them as I lost time and money on gas.

Great values, but the Dollar Store equivalent of a food service distributor. Perpetually understaffed, if picking up online orders do not expect it to be quick.

Barry, the supposed manager, after 2 face to face conversations was supposed to order beef tips I was serving for my Christmas dinner. Three days before Christmas when I go to pick them up. He never ordered them and says he doesn't even remember me! He should not be managing that store! Ruined my meal plans. Thanks Barry!

Second time I bought chicken wings and they were like hard rubber. When I bring them back the people make me feel kinda bad. Like it was my fault. The prices were higher than Krogers. Don't think I will shop there anymore.
