They allowed someone to bring their non service dog in that kept barking, growling, and even tried to bite my service dog and distracted her causing her to miss a cardiac alert and I almost got seriously hurt. I will be contacting corporate as the cashier with brown chest length hair in pig tails and a flower tattoo on her left outer arm thought it was hilarious after I Loudly told them they can't have a non service dog in public places and they continued to fallow me and continued to distract my dog. Then that same cashier kept calling for my dog and distracting her to I will be filing a police report as that's illegal and everything that cashier did was wrong and illegal.

Donation attendants were VERY rude. I was scolded for setting something down in front of the doors
They always act like they don’t want your donations
I also do not understand how they can have a back room stacked full of donations but hardly ever anything on the shelves

Terrible!! Way overpriced for used items that they get donated to them. The high prices are absolutely ridiculous!!

It wasnt too bad, but one employee kept pushing racks of clothing out in front of the men's shorts, making it very difficult to browse them

Tried to buy a set of mugs, priced as a set and the lady ringing me up insisted on multiplying the set price by 6. After I pointed out the price said set, not each like some others, she got louder with me as she slowly touched each mug and added the price up. No way was I paying 6 times the marked set price so I told her I wasn't going to purchase them and she took it so personally. This store is lacking in inventory, overpriced and rude. Not coming back.

They are never open to accept donations on time. Hours say they open at 10am and maybe around 10:15 they open the donation door. Being late once or twice is understandable but every time is a little ridiculous. By the time they open there is usually 5+cars in line waiting

Very clean and organized. Not a whole lot of selection for items outside of clothing. Some items are priced high for what they are worth. Great selection of scrub pants though. I bought two pairs.

I love the Florence Location. Everything is priced reasonable. A few days ago I found this rocking chair and ottoman set. Perfect condition for $15 total. What a steal. I’ve ordered new gray replacement pillows. They also had this clean couch for $40 that you couldn’t beat. But I didn’t need the couch.
