Horrible experience here. I left a 1 star review on behalf of Golf Exchange for all the screw ups that occurred while I was a customer there. Eric (The General Manager) called me at 8:45 pm on Saturday and left a long anger fueled voice mail. It stated that if I didn't remove the review he would personally go online and ruin my name and told me "how easy it was" I have never been treated this way as a customer by any company. Eric is obviously in need of formal management training and also personnel training which he is lacking tremendously. After dealing with Eric I now know the issues with Golf Exchange is from top down. As there is no accountability. I won't ever return.

Eric has been very helpful and catered to my need very well. I had a lot of club heads break over the course of about a year and he was the first one to recognize that I need a heavier shaft put on them to fully resolve this issue rather than to continue to just fix it. Luckily they are still under warranty and I haven’t had to spend a dime, but Eric was thinking long term for when the warranty runs out. I appreciate him suggesting this and getting this done for me under the warranty. Had he not suggested this I wouldn’t have even known that was possible. Great customer service on his part and as a whole, the stores customer service is very good. Will definitely use them for when I need to get fitted for my next driver.

Had a pretty bad experience with an employee named Tony there. I was watching my younger brother test out a driver he was interested in and while watching him practice with the driver, tony walked up very rudely and aggressively telling me not to play with there monitor because it’s $10,000 when I didn’t even touch anything. Because of him you lost a sale and we will not be returning to this location.

Walked in with full intentions of spending money on a new set of clubs but couldn't get anyone to help me. So after standing around for almost fifteen minutes I left.

Rude unprofessional people! Destroyed shafts and made clubs inch shorter then I wanted. Blamed on me because they took wrong note. Besides that they will scam people and try to sell expensive clubs to people who can't get golf ball of the tee. Watched with my own eyes. Some people working in there are clueless and should not be in Industry that require precision and attention to details. Horrible experience

Zach was amazing to work with. Came in with no club preference in mind and Zach very patiently worked with my below average golf game and found a set of irons that worked great for me. We hit multiple heads and shafts until we both found a set that worked best for me. Highly recommend getting fitted with Zach, the expansion adding a putting green and 5-6 new driving mats is a great setup.

I bought my original used clubs through golf exchange and most recently a brand new set. Ben and Coop were exceptional in there knowledge and professionalism. Was treated quite rudely by one of the managers out there, however. He really needs to take some lessons on human interaction and common decency (maybe returning a “good morning” instead of acting like I was bothering him. If someone wants to pay you money, maybe treat them with common courtesy.

My go to Golf store. I stopped in to get 3 clubs regripped. They had my clubs ready in about 15 minutes. I love the fact that they will do up to 3 clubs while you wait. They've expanded and the new space houses 5 fitting stations and putting green. Great staff and lots of club selections

I went to golf exchange to look for new clubs and worked with Ben. Ben is AWESOME. He is super knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend coming here for all your golfing needs. I will definitely coming back for all my golfing needs!

Had a great fitting today with "Coop". What a positive, knowledgeable individual. Took me through the TrackMan metrics and worked to get the optimal driver setting(Paradym Head) and a great Aldila Ascent shaft. Felt like I came away with the updated driver that is right for me.
