Brad was an example of an excellent service technician. He was knowledgeable, polite, friendly and efficient.

They were nice and the man who came was helpful were we needed an additional cord and he went to get it and came right back and now we have a computer, however best buy gave us wrong information and we spent over $200 on things that were not necessary
