Great shop. Super friendly and helpful. Very well stocked. Fair prices. I didn't have time to really shop around, but I had spent all morning calling the various vape shops in the area looking for a specific coil. Either places were sold out, didn't carry them, or the price was ridiculously high, but Galaxy Vape had plenty in stock, a fair price, and the man who answered the phone was very personable both on the phone and in person. It's a little out of the way for me, but I'm happy to visit again. I look forward to having time to look around a little because they had quite a bit of merchandise available.

Tyler was super patient with me!My vape took a dump with me and had to find an impromptu vape shop that carries mods and attys. I saw on google that galaxy vapors carry them. Very good selection, very nice people!

In my opinion this is the best vape shop to visit and also they have a reward system that does honestly pay off and honestly they're doing something right because they're still here after 9 years

Good shop with a wide selection to chose from. Recommended! The parking is a little odd, as you park in the back and walk up some steps to get to the front entrance of the shop. At least that was the only way I could see. Not really a complaint, more of a note for anyone who will be visiting. Quality shop.

This has become our regular vape place. Love it! Every time we come in to this store Rex and Ben always help us immediately and are super friendly! The other Florence store on 18 is super amazing too we tend to stand and talk to steve every tme we are in.

Claimed delta 8 flower and delta 8 preolls aren't legal in KY but they are. All forms of delta 8 are legal in KY. I tried to explain but was pretty much told off and they acted like I was trying to make a drug deal even when I was specific that I meant delta 8 and not weed. I looked it up to be sure even after I left the shop. Stnr preroll is legal and very good, in my opinion. I understand not selling it and not carrying it but accusing me of trying to do something illegal was such a slap in the face. I did my best not to argue and I bought a little wax but I won't be returning. I don't think the worker was mean or anything but definitely super accusatory and defensive.

Quick shoutout to Vapor Galaxy, the store associates are always incredibly helpful - and a huge thank you to Rex for taking the time to help me last night with the products I purchased. I was having trouble with my Smok Nord and also the juice I've been using. Rex helped me with some tips to keep my coils cool, and recommended a delicious new vape flavor. Thanks Rex, and VG!

Galaxy has always been my home town vape shop. Always updated juices and devices. Great service and prices. Can’t count the times when Steve Day has helped with either picking juice or fixing my devices. I could sit for hours talking with Steve Day. Very smart and helpful. Thank you Galaxy

First time I ever walked into on of the galaxy vapor stores was in Florence. This guy made videos every day and I had to meet him. He would show off hardware and feature what he was vaping on. I had to meet this celebrity!! Drove all the way down there, swung that door open and there he was.. STEVE DAY! I think I spent over an hour there that day. Dude was awesome. 8 years later he is still slanging that swag. All of galaxy vapors store have great people

I enjoy coming to the Florence location for all my vape needs Steve makes it very easy to find what I’m looking for and has went out of his way many times to get juices in stock that weren’t previously available. Steve makes the store a friendly environment and is also fun to just hang out with when I swing by for more juice or coils.

I have shopping here for years and I have to say that the service is always excellent. The staff is always polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I especially like when I go into the store and Steve is there. He is always very helpful with advise and suggestions on products. I have never received a bad suggestion from him.

My friend referred me to this vape shop so I went in, and I was amazed at the very large, organized selection of all kind of products. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Steve, a very kind, helpful, knowledgeable employee. He helped me find the exact vape I wanted. I had a really really good experience here and I will be recommending this vape shop to any and everyone. Definitely a top 3 in NKY. I 100% will be returning :)
