Do not buy anything from this place. My sectional has been called on 5 times and still waiting on parts. It’s been 5 months. I’ve seen the repairman more than I’ve used my couch. It’s an Ashley product and I was told by Jonathon the manager Florence Ky store that it was a step above what Big Lots sells. DON’T WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME AND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!

Both Stephanie and Janis were extremely helpful in helping us decide on which couch & love seat we eventually ended up purchasing. They were both very friendly and great to work with and very knowledgeable about the products.

I went in to buy a couch and Teresa Sylor was very helpful explaining and showing me all my options. What's more Teresa was very patient with me when I changed my mind on the color, she easily switched everyhing over in the system and set up a new delivery date. Thank you Teresa for all your help!
