What a great experience and great products. I highly recommend their products. I have purchased a few dog beds from them with no issues but the last bed I received seem to have a flat spot in it probably from shipping and the company was amazing to work with probably the best customer service I have experienced. This will always be my go to company and I will always recommend them. High five to you all on a job well done.

We STRONGLY recommend Furhaven Pet Products. The customer service is superior, as is the quality of their products. Our dog loves her Furhaven dog bed, and we love how they took such good care of us.

Can't speak highly enough of customer service and quality of products. Our older dog has arthritis and bed has done wo ders. One of the guilty parties( we have 2 ) chewed up the side. True to there word, it was addressed. I have a very happy 13 yr old dog! Nice to have a trusted company.

Best customer service!!! I got a dog bed as a Christmas gift and the zipper broke right away. I kept forgetting/ procrastinating to call them and get it replaced. I finally called them ONE YEAR LATER, and they didn’t just replace the cover, they sent a whole new bed, no questions asked. My dogs love this bed, and the cats do too. All future pet beds will be ordered here!! Thank you Fur Haven!

This place pays their workers a non-living wage and they should be ashamed. Don't support this business until they update their wages. It is incredibly insulting to someone with that skill-set asking for a BA at $17/hr and they should be ashamed. McDonald's currently pays $17 and doesn't require student debt!

I only worked there for 2 days and I will tell you the place is very dirty, the parking is very obstructed to the semi truck drivers and 85 percent of the workers are Hispanic and do not speak English very well, very hard to understand even if you speak a little Spanish. They cancelled me as a temp worker because honestly I was struggling to keep up with the others on my second day so I had a anxiety attack and I had to leave so then they canned me and didn't even try to work with me, But that's probably why they can't keep workers and they are always struggling to keep workers, I bet some of the workers are illegal citizens!because of the pure lack of English speaking workers
