Don't go to the mall often but went to pick up an item I ordered. Took my kids and they really enjoyed walking around the mall. Unfortunately many stores have closed but we met some really nice people while shopping. Planning a trip back.

Absolutely used to love coming to this mall years ago - now it's a ghost town

It’s a dead mall, the owner needs to sell it to someone that wants it to survive or repurpose most of the building

Went to the new Bargain Bin place and really enjoyed it. Prices not bad on Thursday when we went & lots of stuff to choose from!

It’s a sad, dying mall with a weirdly good food court.

It's sad to see so many shops closing. I hope they find a way to continue to stay open

This mall is dead. Many of the storefronts are unoccupied, escalators are always broken, and the only people there are mall walking. It was sold in 2022 to a NY based firm, and they promised at that time to help fill vacancies. Now, even Macy's is trying to get their two stores out of the mall after drastically reducing their footprint. I am very sorry to say this because I did enjoy going here in my younger days, but this place has been abandoned by its investors, and the people of Florence are not here. Idk how there are any positive reviews unless these people are parking lot enthusiasts. The lots are so empty that when I put new brakes on my car, I drove it around the parking lot, slamming on them to get them broken in. Crestview Hills was in a similar situation in the 90s and was revitalized, so I hope some day that happens for this area.
