Appointment at 830am arrived at 745am at door by 800am out by at 840am. Excellent place with very friendly staff. Porta potty at door 10. Wish they were all this easy.

Very nice and fast people, 44000 pound full loaded trailer. Check in 7:15. Check out 7:45. They don’t matter what time or what day your appointment

Organized and efficient!! Was greeted at the shipping office a smile and a professional attitude. Was very pleased to see how spotless this facility is and also how easy to find this place is. This is my first time here but definitely hope it isn't my last.

The facility is good the people are polite but there is no good reason I should not be able to stay in my truck while being unloaded. The wheels are chalked and red hose disconnect with a lock on it. Let us hard working professional drivers wait in our truck and prepare for the next trip. Don't be selfish and make us sit in detention wasting valuable time we could be useing setting up for the next leg of our journey. Now we loose time we could have had making money providing for our family.

Extremely slow. Check in 9 am . Check out 11:15. I was the only truck @ dock. Took nearly 1:45 hours to load a single truck. Lazy.. only 1 forklift guy working that day. Another truck was on dock nearly 45 minutes before I left. I don’t know how it works like that.
