I absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE. I have a toddler daughter and it's great too have a place where she can safely walk the store and literally pick out anything she wants. And it's all $5 or less. AWESOME!!!

I placed an online order and 3 of my items were to be shipped to my home while the other item was to be picked up at my local store in "4 to 6 hours." That was over 24 hrs ago and I haven't received anything regarding my in store pick up order. I will not be ordering from Five Below anymore.

funny story, I walked into the store and was NOT greeted but 2 young white girls walk in behind me and were greeted. Wasn’t asked if I needed help with anything but someone else who was white was. As I am checking out customer service rep with curly hair walks over and stands not too far behind me. As I leave I am not told have a nice day or anything. My opinion customer service was horrible. And I’m not asking for special treatment because I am BLACK but to greet and help anyone who is white I find very odd and funny and someone should look into that kind of customer service.

This should be called the, "cool aunt store." I love bringing my nephew here on the weekends. I can spend $25 bucks and we leave with him beaming from ear to ear. This location has excellent selections and we'll kept. They're always polite and it's an easy checkout process. I would definitely recommend for all ages and they even have stuff for pets!
