Over the years this has always been my go to for shoes , this time I ordered online and had to return to the store. The guy "working' the counter when k went in let me know in a matter of fact way they don't carry these shoes in store only online ! I knew already! But then he couldn't help with the exchange it took him 6 times forgetting me and my granddaughter each time that he was supposed to be getting the manager. LAZY

Dude that works there named Shannon really looked out for me and my girl, they was closing he stayed open late and made sure to find us the best deals. Dude was cool as hell !!! I appreciate it brother

I'm only giving a 2 star because the store manager Shannon was super professional. Associate Dylan at this store needs to get a better paying job. Was a complete punk and did nothing but run his mouth. I was not an angel by no means. Also the young girl that works here don't have any clue how to tell the truth.

Buying anything at the mall especially shoes is way too expensive I'm surprised they're still in business I bought the same type of shoes at a competitor store for half the price
