This wasnt my first visit but I remember Crystal - she’s awesome! On my most recent visit, she diffused a Walmart return issue with a women in front of me. Remembered a customer who called a few days earlier about overnighting a document. Engaged me and the rest of the line and expressed her appreciation for our patience. Even resolved a small shipping/return issue I had with packaging my Dockers return. The guy behind me was out the door before I could even back out of my parking spot!

Prepaid box and envelope but they want to charge me for wadded up paper and a piece tape. Said the broken phone pieces can't be moving around so they need to open and repack it. Getting every Nickle they can

Filled out a survey and the manager takes it upon herself to contact me regarding my experience. Great! I’d love to chat with a head manager on what could be improved, right? Wrong! The manager proceeds to gaslight me and tell me how I’m wrong. It’s called survey feedback for a reason, not a debate survey. She would not let me talk.

My only complaint is that they don't update their hours on the website. This is the second time I've trusted the posted hours and been burned. These visits were months apart, so there should have been adequate time to fix this.

I was greeted by a lady name Crystal. She was very friendly and helpful. The store was very busy, so Crystal was juggling several customers between herself and her co “worker”, Lou. As I was waiting for an emailed label, Crystal started helping another customer. After the email came through, Lou took over. She was rude, condescending and just generally unpleasant. I would drive out of my way to ship at another location or with another service just to avoid her so called “customer service!” I found it laughable that she would treat a customer so poorly, and then tell them to please use the attached survey!!!
