If you're making a special trip to drop off a Fedex order with a preprinted label that you need to go out that day, recommend either CALLING AHEAD to this location first or TO BE SAFE, go to the Turfway Fedex Ship Center instead or the Fedex Hub at 2800 Earhart Court is open until 8 PM. I had driven up from Walton because Fedex had already picked up at the Walton Dollar General Store and Fedex stores usually have later pickups like 5 PM. I arrived at 3:55 PM on Mall Road and the Fedex driver was at the front door loading that day's packages. The owner said she was sick and closing at 4 PM and though she said she would scan my shipments in, she then set them behind the desk and said they wouldn't go out until tomorrow - this was while the Fedex driver was still busy going in and out loading the day's packages. All these Fedex places have to do to get credit is to scan the label and hand it to the Fedex driver if the customer doesn't need a receipt. A few weeks ago, I'd made the same trip about the same time but arrived to find the doors already locked and a sign on the window saying they were closed due to staffing shortages while a couple employees were inside working behind the desk. I don't usually use Fedex (with UPS you can literally hand a pre-labeled box to a driver at a red light plus Shipnerd offers free next day pickups) but I'm drop shipping for a company who uses them. I feel sorry that the owner is having so many issues but am passing this on in order to help others avoid the hassle of Mall Road by calling the location first or by going to a more reliable one if you're in a crunch.

My only complaint is that they don't update their hours on the website. This is the second time I've trusted the posted hours and been burned. These visits were months apart, so there should have been adequate time to fix this.

Short and sweet review to spotlight stellar customer service! I'm in the middle of moving into a new condo -- so I had to re-route a package being delivered to my new place since I don't technically live there yet. I made the arrangements online, and then called this FedEx location to confirm their hours so I could pick up my package. The guy on the phone was super friendly and helpful. When I picked up my package today, the woman at the desk was equally as friendly! I was in and out within 5 minutes -- package in hand without a hassle. Thanks for making my experience quick and easy -- especially because every other aspect of moving is literally neither of those things.

Convenient location to drop in and make a shipment via FedEx. Located across the street from Florence Mall Y'all! Love that they have parking spots right outside that are dedicated to the business since it is in a smaller plaza with limited parking spaces available. Had to wait a minute or so for someone to assist me as no one was at the counter. I used a pre-printed shipping label for my package that was provided by my company for return shipping and their scanner had trouble reading the bar code to print out the shipping receipt but they fiinally got it to work after 3 or more tries!
