Called to confirm pricing for children's haircut prior to appointment, was quoted $18 per child for a 30 minute appointment with Jenny. After the appointments, which took 45 minutes total for both children, I was charged $30 for each child despite explaining I had confirmed pricing by phone in advance, specifically for this stylist.
During the haircut, the stylist did not demonstrate knowledge of how to appropriately brush curly hair and was pulling out and breaking strands of my daughter's hair in her rush to get through the appointment - which, as stated above, did not take the full time we had booked. They also did not have (at least did not offer) booster seats for my daughter while her hair was being washed so this is not a place I would recommend for smaller children.
Would not recommend.

We have been going to Ejays for decades. Diane has taken care of my husband and I for many years and always takes great care of us. We are here every 6 weeks at least.

My stylist was Diane. She listened to what I wanted, asked questions and ensured we were on the same page. She was very personable. The atmosphere is very laid back and welcoming. The receptionist was very patient, kind and helpful as I had to reschedule last minute. Feel very blessed to have selected this salon as recommended by a friend. Thank youService: Haircut

This is only solely based on what I encountered with them. Just needing assistance. So I called asked if they had opening to help me out with a color correction... Which yes my bad. They told me to email to a email address and they would look at it. I had to follow up with them, I never got a call back saying they got the email pics of my hair to them. When I called back, they said let us call u back about it. Circles... So they finally did call and they said " the light on your camera is making it hard too see" . I offered to drop by and let them see what they would be working with since it was their late night. They said I'm sorry but I don't think we can do anything to help you. Mind you all I needed right now is guidance as this was a total mess up on my part. But I could tell the person on the other end just wanted off of the phone. Mind you. I have a friend that goes there and is great friends with the owner. I'm sorry but just from the beginning service . Nope I will take care of my mess up or someone that actually has service skills will. I will be letting my friend know that knows the owner as well.. poor service
