The DXL in Florence ky has very kind and helpful employees. I've been to a few locations and like this one the best. The selection and what's in stock @ store location larger than most It's always clean and prestine . I appreciate that its Getting harder to find these days. Thank you.

Popped in looking for something specific. What I wanted had to be ordered and shipped. Arrived two sizes too big. Took it back to the store for exchange. Order couldn’t be found. Took forever to find a workaround and to reorder. While there ordered an additional item to be shipped with the replacement. The new thing arrived the wrong color. Unclear whether it was the staff or the technology. Either way it wasn’t the best experience it could have been. Will probably prefer to shop online instead going forward.

Great service, good selection. Painless online ordering from the store with overnight shipping for styles or sizes they are out of in the store.
