I've been getting computers from Deluxe PC for at least two years now, and their service and computers are top-notch. I've ordered at least 75 computers from them without a single issue. Every one of them arrives looking brand new. I wish I had started buying refurbished earlier. With Deluxe PC, I get twice the RAM and double the hard drive size compared to Dell, all for a quarter of the price. Highly recommended!

Fantastic place to get a refurbished laptop. I was explained everything. We 'built' the perfect laptop for my uses. And all at a fraction of the price to buy new! Very pleased and the staff was super nice.

As a computer repair shop owner I continue to use Deluxe PCs as a vendor to order quality refurbished desktop and laptop pcs for clients who have become disappointed in the quality of residential computers over the past few years. Their team is thorough in reviewing the quality of machines before they ship out. In the rare instances where something slips thru (often damaged in shipping due to handling by carries and not the packaging department of Deluxe PCs) they are quick to respond in methods of troubleshooting, sending replacement parts or a replacement computer. I've seen this company out perform every big box OEM vendor time and time again. I've ordered numerous computers from Deluxe PCs since 2018 (its now 2022) and will continue to do so.
