Was a bit busy but that's a good thing, no real walk through but it was later in the day and they weren't available. Nice roomy showers and tanning bed, still awesome place.

Shay is such a great trainer and such a sweet guy! Glad to work with him!
Also place is super tidy! It always is. Much better than Planet Fitness!

I have to give this gym a shout out it’s the most clean gym I’ve ever been in. There locker rooms/bathroom is always so clean and nice looking. But the staff is even more amazing especially Ashley Conner she is so nice and respectful and was so patient with me when I was in there the other day needing assistance with a machine. I love my local gym.

Lance is wonderful and very patient and professional. He individualizes the training to prevent injury and is a very competent trainer. I won’t dread training after my experience with him.

Florence crunch is a great gym. Love the staff. This is where I’ve made most of my friends; like minded people. You have to surround yourself with people who are like you and there’s no better place to do that at than a gym!
