The sales woman was incredibly rude. She didn't want to help at all. I had to constantly repeat myself. Eventually I was able to get a new phone but it was a horrible experience. Do not recommend this place. The customer service is non there.

The last time I went there I needed a new battery for my phone. However, all they wanted to do is sell me a new one. They tried all the high pressure tactics that they could. When Iit comes time to get a new phone, I will leave Cricket and never do business with them again

Excellent place to shop, the lady treated us attentively, kindly and helped us with everything, she even gave us many good options for our new phone, we are really very happy, they serve you in English or Spanish and she told us that there was a promotion We grabbed a free phone, getting a new line.
