I had four main reasons for this score. First there were ? ants on the breakfast bar both mornings. I ended up with more than one on me. Second was our room door 104 if you went out the door you almost had to slam the door to get it to fully shut. Third your cleaning stuff needs to move the ottoman in front of the chair by the wall and floor lamp and vacuum up the toe nails on the carpet, it was totally gross seeing them ?. Last I don't like having my statement put under my door on my last night stay I would rather it be left at the front desk and I can pick it up at checkout. Even with all this I would stay at your hotel again because I can bring my ? dog with me.Rooms: Didn't like that room door didn't shut like I thought it should. You had to slam it when you went out of it make it lock.Food & drinks: Great breakfast selection.

Overall my two night stay was very good. It appears the property has been upgraded as the bathroom looked new. The room was clean and well equiped for a "non suite" unit. The breakfast was a full meal with eggs, bacon, etc. Would stay here again.

This was a nice little hotel with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. We stayed for two nights to watch our grandson's baseball tournament. The front desk staff was great, and very professional, caring and attentive. The breakfast person was very good and made sure food was replenished as needed and kept the area tidy. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. It is mostly updated with newer carpet and paint. This was a great affordable option compared to the $200-300 other hotels in the area.We look for value, cleanliness and comfort and this hotel has all three.

This hotel has bedbugs. I took pictures of it. I got up to get a shower and the bedbug was crawling on the covers. I notified the attendant and initially he said that he would only give me a $30.00 dollar discount because everyone has bedbugs now days. My brother stepped in and he gave me a full refund. Do not stay at this hotel.

I had a nice experience at this hotel. I was in town for my sons soccer team. I didn't want to spend a ton of money. This hotel was close to where he is staying and close enough to the training facility and field. It's a comfort inn so I wasn't expecting the four seasons. It was clean and the room was big enough. Ac worked great not annoyingly loud. The lady at the desk checked me right in. There is a target right next door which was nice. They also have a Starbucks inside. The hotel offers breakfast which looked really nice. I was able to grab some eggs and sausage the first morning at 9 which was lucky because it closes at 9. Both were good. They have a waffle maker, coffee, juice, cereals, bagels, toast and yogurt as well. Small dining area in lobby but seemed like enough room for everyone from what I could see when I passed through on my way out. Staff is very friendly. My only complaint was I was awaken at 7 am by the garbage truck. (No fault of the hotel) It would be nice if there was somewhere to sit outside that is private and is pretty but it's basically off a busy road and surrounded by streets. There is a picnic table at the back which really isn't much. There is lots of shopping and tons of restaurants all in walking distance. I will definitely return.

this hotel was really nice. we stayed for a week, and housekeeping is by request only. but we did have a housekeeper knock and ask if we’d like the room cleaned which was nice! comfortable bed, great ac unit!our room was really clean, we put the microwave and mini fridge to good use. there was also a coffee maker with little pods but we didn’t end up using it! the breakfast downstairs was actually quite good! they had eggs bacon, bagels, muffins, cereal, waffles, yougurt, and fresh coffee along with juices!Safety: the rooms had multiple locks and we felt very safe at night!

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel and I would strongly advise families to stay away from it. This place is simply unsafe. Weird people come and go all the time and their strange behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The sound easily travels through the walls, and it felt like everybody was in my room even though I couldn't see them. To make matters worse, the party in the next door room went on until 5 am. There were around 10 people who were drunk and using marijuana, with loud music blasting throughout the night.Around 3 am, they started fighting and I was genuinely worried that they may shoot each other. What was even more shocking was that the party in the next door room seemed to have the green light from the hotel staff. From their conversation, it appeared as though they were members of the local gang who had some sort of understanding with the hotel management.I couldn't believe that such a dangerous situation was allowed to happen in a hotel that is supposed to provide a safe and comfortable environment for its guests. It was clear to me that the staff at this hotel are either indifferent or powerless to prevent such incidents from occurring.I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to avoid this hotel at all costs. It's simply not worth the risk to your safety and well-being.The bathroom was in terrible condition, with lots of mold growing everywhere. All in all, I would highly advise against risking your life or ruining your trip by staying at this hotel. It's just not worth it.

We stayed here on an overnight trip to Cincinnati for an athletic event my son was participating in. We were greeted by a friendly clerk and who checked us in rather quickly and off to our room we went. You could tell the place was a little older but seemed clean and well maintained. Our room exhibited the same. The room was clean and the linens were fresh. So I would rate the appearance and comfort as average. Now, to the not so good part. Now, as I mentioned we were in town for a sporting event my son was participating in on the next day and a good night sleep was important. We were in our room by 9:30PM and in our beds shortly thereafter. Alarm was set for 9:30AM. Low and behold, we were awakened by the sound of banging and vacuum cleaners at 7:15AM. Yes, you read that right, 7:15AM. The cleaning crew were cleaning rooms next to us and vacuuming. Now I'm not some guy who travels very extensively but I've done enough hotel stays to say that I have never been awakened by the cleaning folks this early in the morning. I thought the 10AM check-out time was to allow the guests to not be disturbed at an unreasonable time in the morning by the cleaning staff. Needless to say I was annoyed and we awakened just over two hours earlier then planned. I voiced by dissatisfaction to the front desk clerk and asked if this was normal. She simply stated that the cleaning folks get in at 7:00AM. When asked if it was common practice to begin that early to disturb guests, she stated "If that's what they did, then that's what they did." Fast forward to my call to corporate customer service, Choice Hotels. They have an on-line form however after three days of trying and getting errors for submission, I ended up calling. I spoke to a nice gentleman who rectified the situation by offering compensation. He wouldn't give an amount at first rather saying they would pay me in Choice Hotel points but I told them I don't travel enough to utilize this option. So they offered my $20 payable by check in 4-6 weeks via the U.S Mail. It must've been the tone in my voice but he put me on hold and came back and said they were going to send me $40. I'll tell ya, the guy was nice and very apologetic for my experience but from start to finish, I was on the phone with him for just shy of 36-mins. I did receive an e-mail from the GM at the property I stayed at stating they were changing their cleaning routines and times which is really probably the most important. I'd choose a different property in this area as there are several to choose from.

This was a a noisy place due to thin, uninsulated walls. PROs: Recently updated, friendly staff, terrific location, mid-value pricing. CONs: Thin, uninsulated walls; self-closing bathroom doors (preventing air circulation and making temp warmer or cooler than the main room), packaged danish as the complementary "breakfast."Initially, the room was satisfactory for our two-night stay until two groups of four checked in on both sides between 11pm and midnight. They weren't noisy people. There were no loud TVs or music. But, it's no exaggeration to say we could clearly hear their discussions at normal conversational levels. The night clerk accommodated us with a room change without a neighbor after 1am. However, the morning brought hallway noises and cleaning sounds in the neighboring room. Since our relocation could potentially give us a neighbor we canceled our remaining night and moved to another hotel. At checkout I noticed a nearly $20 surcharge on the bill for early departure. I mentioned it to the clerk, who apologized, said it was an oversight, and refunded the charge. Did we experience a major issue? Yes. Did the hotel satisfactorily accommodate us? Yes. Would I recommend it? No.
