The customer service of the two women who are at the checkout is terrible, we are Latinos, I was with my husband and these two ladies were despots and racists, it seems terrible to me that even in this time this feeling of xenophobia exists, I I really do not recommend going to This Chase branch, the only person I can say that had good service was Mr. Antony. goodl uck getting a hold of anyone at the local branch. Phone just hangs up and asks you to call the 800 number. That doesn't help if you want to know if you left your ID at the branch.

Just the worst and incredibly unprofessional. Had a meeting scheduled with Jordan Tolle and he never called me- also didn’t answer when I called him. Took time out of my day to wait for this meeting and it never even happened.

Houston Rd Ky location. Bank manager is rude with no people skills. He might be educated with whatever finance but as manger he needs to educate himself on how to speak to customers with manners, without belittling someone in front of other customers.

This is a review of Chase in general. They're customer service with the average Joe so to speak is abysmal. No loyalty. My mother inlaw has been on an account with my father in law sine the 80s. He recently died in March. Since they had been Customer the bank had given them leeway paid checks and charged fees if needed. Well since his death they have just awful to my mother inlaw and I as I try to help with everything. Now it is all about algorithms and 20 different customer service lines all of which won't help. Now they have restricted her account and are holding all of her social security money for a week and a half. When asked how we were going to pay bills they said that's your problem. If it was possible to give a 0 I would.

Amber spent 15 minutes clicking through the system and had to have two others help her just for me to be told, “I’m not sure, I’ve never had to do this before”. I can see why this Chase has such a poor Google rating, sounds like they’re never training anyone.

My wif4e and I have been with this bank for more than fifty years now back when their name was FLORENCE DEPOSIT BANK and I have had no problems with them I don't ask for any favors and they don't bother me with any problems Thank you F D B.

Just went in for an urgent notary required for passport renewal and I was told that the person is heading out for a meeting.When I asked when will he be available today or tomorrow I was told you could go to a nearby ups store.I have been using chase for many years now and have always gone there to notarize as a proud customer and today this happened.I went again 15 mins later and the person was still there and I was given an appointment for a later day.So much to sign on a couple of pages.This incident happen at 1.30pm on 2/15/2022
