Pharmacy is a joke. Came in and the pharmacist said come back in 30 minutes which was no problem. Came back an hour later and they said they need another 25 minutes. Came back 2 hours later and was told it'll be another 30 minutes. If I could post negative stars I would

I've been to 4 different Walgreens locations in recent days looking for something being offered in their holiday collection. I've struck out 4 times, including at this location. Convenient enough if you're in the area, it's also open 24 hours. Just don't go in looking for a Nightmare Before Christmas themed nutcracker - you'd be wasting your time. Adequate parking & other things looked stocked well enough, although there were a lot of bins & other things crowding the aisles.

The pharmacy techs and pharmacists are always pleasant with me, but that's the only reason I didn't give this place one star. Newsflash to Walgreens corporate: APPROPRIATELY STAFF THIS LOCATION. It is one of the busiest Walgreens I have been to in the Tristate, yet there's maybe 2-3 employers there are a time. Now they've turned the two lane drive thru into one lane plus added COVID testing which makes the lanes crazy if you just want to pick up a prescription. I waited 30 minutes in line to get my prescriptions the other day and there was only two cars in front of me. WHAT IS GOING ON?

So glad this place was 24 hours- I had a cough that just would not go away and couldn't take it anymore at about 1am! Drove 15 minutes to run in there and get Mucinex!! Place is big, bright, and clean. As always, Walgreen's prices are a little steep- but they were like a beacon in the night to me tonight!

Growing up in Florence, I've been to this Walgreens many times, once even late on Christmas Eve when we realized we had forgotten to get someone a present. This Walgreens was the only spot open. So I was pleasantly surprised to see its transformation as a Kroger pick-up spot, which means it now has a modest produce section as well. It's also bright and clean. It looks like the rest of the store has undergone a makeover as well. The staff wore masks, and there was signage urging people who are unvaccinated to wear masks too. I wish everyone still had to wear masks, but oh well. About half of the customers I saw wore masks. My opinion of this Walgreens has definitely improved. I bet I will be stopping in again soon when I'm back in town to visit family.

I have so many complaints about this store, but right now the most concerning is that there is no hand sanitizer at the front of the store and none at the check-out. There is a sign at the door that if you are sick you shouldn't go in and yet there have been cashiers at the front with colds and coughing. Staff is generally friendly and that's the only reason it is getting a star.

I like the store itself but the Walgreens website is awful to use. I had a bill from the healthcare clinic and the bill says "the easiest way to pay is on Walgreens.com", I searched the entire site to try to pay, searched by the account number which the bill says and nothing. Ended up calling customer service and talked to someone obviously in a different country, you have to search by payments. Submitted my payment and once again nothing, no waiting symbol or thank you for your payment or receipt. Guess I have to wait and see if the payment posts. Also sad to see the clinic close, the staff was good and it was really convenient.

This isn't for the store but for the nurse at the get well clinic. She's blonde and maybe her name is Terri. As a nurse myself, I thought she did a great job with my kids flu shots. They didn't feel a thing and they are some serious drama queens when it comes to shots. I hope she's there next year when it's time for flu shots again.

Avoid at all cost for prescriptions. I've never gone when there hasn't been a line of 6+cars, but also that many people on the inside. Doesn't matter what time it is, day or night, the line is ridiculous. I don't know if it's a staffing issue or what, but it's a painful experience every month. They also don't care to run discount cards to help make prescriptions any cheaper. They wanted $430 for one. A pharmacy not under my insurance got it for $90 with discount coupons. I would have never even started coming here if my insurance didn't force me into it.
