Great prices on name brand items, the store was clean but a little understocked in some departments. Bathrooms were clean. Quick service and friendly staff.

Went on a Thursday evening late and Sariiah was a great employee. She nicely folded each one of our clothing and placed them in the bag. Very good experience glad to see the customer service is getting so much better, would love to return.
Also just a suggestion to have maybe a security officer or something so the poor girls that are working there don’t have to deal with the people who think it’s ok to steal.

Worst customer service, cashier makes you wait for her to fold and hang some clothes before she helping customers to check out, the person in front of me let her know that she was ready to check out, and she was like “what did you say? I know you are there” then kept doing what she was doing, I just dropped what I had to check out and left

I used to work at this location and I it's simply just not the same. There is usually at least 2 or more cashier's when my family and I visited there was 1 with help shortly after and she wasn't very friendly very rude and not just the Burlington way

I was in the store Saturday night at 8:40pm the fitting room doors were locked but the light was green when I asked one of the cashiers about it she rudely said their closed. Mind you there is no signs anywhere stating a closing time for the fitting rooms. The cashier was very short with me so I asked another associates and was met with the same attitude. I asked her if the fitting rooms had a closing time and she "yeah no one is on the floor I don't know I just came back from lunch" it was very inconvenient for myself and 3 other people who wanted to try on cloths before buying them. There needs to be better communication from your associates to the customers. Telling me it's closed without giving any context is very unprofessional. I worked retail for many years and one thing I learned is short answers is not the way to go with people. Simply let us know "I'm sorry the fitting rooms are closed due to no associates on the floor at this time I'm sorry for the inconvenience" don't assume that the customer knows why the fitting rooms are closed especially with no signs up. Honestly I've been to this location many many times but after this they will never get my buisness. The one positive was one male associate actually answered my question in detail and even apologized for the inconvenience.

My family had the worst experience at this store on the date of 4/12/24 around 10:00 pm. The older lady (maybe manager) discriminated a Hispanic couple for not speaking the language and on top of that she mocked them with a white customer (who also rudely cut my family in line at checkout and nothing was said or done) then proceeded to have my family wait around an hour in line insinuating they changed the tags of some dresses and kept making rude comments to them and did not Apologize at any given time (said employee also had an attitude the entire interaction) I am very disappointed due to this not being the first incident with this employee towards Hispanics.

Purchased garments tonight that the dye pack was not removed - wasn't so much that error, it's the 37 attempts to get someone to stop picking up then hanging up on me - and on the 38th time calling they spoke, I explained the error and she just laughed and said if I just come back they will take it off. Right! fuel is only $3.60/gal and your only 30mi away. I'll get right on that great customer service advice. THIS IS WHY I HATE SHOPPING!!
