Much like my experience at Best Buy, an employee followed me around like I was creeper. Lady, I'm here to spend $$$ on an overly expensive bear that is of lesser quality than a Chuck E. Cheese prize. Too bad you can't customize the bears to give the finger, because that's how I feel about coming here again.

The stupid women scammed us! We went there on a Friday around closing time. They added 2 $10 gift cards (without my permission) to my purchase that were $5 a piece at the time to purchase them. They both do not work at all. The women were extremely rude and asked the child with me if they really wanted to do the heart ceremony or not. The child is 7! I will not be going back at all. You just lost a customer.

Still had fun but couldn't believe the amount of restrictions they have on sounds and outfits. For those of you that don't know your sound has to match your stuffed animal you cannot mix. For $60 you get an illusion of choice and a sonewhat disappointed child ? . If your going to build a business around kids don't focus on potential correctness lol

Took our 4 yo granddaughter there for her Christmas present. She enjoyed it very much and the staff in the Florence store were very good.
