We have been going to Susan for years! She is so helpful and kind and professional. My dad used her before me and went through two tax audits at various times throughout the years. He owed $20 during the first and got refunded $20 the second time- he had great confidence that Susan was doing a great job for him. He continued to utilize her services after moving to Texas! Now, my husband owns an LLC and Susan answers questions via email for us when we are unsure of what to do. She is great!

Susan is not only really good at what she does but she will have you cracking up the entire time she's doing your taxes for you. We just sit down in her office, she offers us coffee or whatever, and in less than an hour we leave with our taxes done and a smile on our face. No stress and a real pleasure to just chit chat with while she does our taxes. She is honestly the best thing to happen to our taxes since the child care credit lol I highly highly recommend her!

I'm a very satisfied customer for the last two years. Always happy to answer any questions I have any time of year, Susan is very efficient and knowledgeable. She has made my tax preparation experience a breeze and already has given me tools for next year! And the fees are very fair. I have no problem recommending this business.
