Was an awkward experience from start to finish. Hoping it was just a bad day. Day manager was rude to his employees in front of me and snide when I asked for a discount for a hat covered in dust. Most of the hats were covered in it. Tons of it.
I still spent almost $400 on a hat that I had to come back later to have shaped and fitted and when I did the steam machine was not working right and would take 45 min to reboot. I said I’d be back in an hour and the manager had sent the only guy to lunch when I stopped by in 30 min suspecting I was being stalled. I don’t live close to this store and had already driven across the city twice that day to this location. The hat was supposedly finished but they hadn’t called me and when I put it on it wasn’t finished. I asked to just return it but the night manager (female) offered to try and shape it.
I did want the hat so I let her knowing I’d get a refund if she damaged it. The guy came back from lunch as she was starting it and finished it as close as he could to what I wanted but it was awkward and obvious they had put me off for their convenience and my gut had been right.
Something is wrong with this store. Not sure if it’s this store or the chain but based on their website it appears I was overcharged in addition to the weird experience. I suspect it’s management because the other employees really tried their best but seemed to operate out of fear more than anything.
Not really a fan of this place and I’ll probably try and find a better place to buy my hats from now on. I like my hat but it ruins the excitement for a $400 hat when people act like this.

The men's side of the store has plenty of works boots to choose from. The womens selection didn't have 1 pair of steel toes. I guess they believe women don't wear work boots in 2024. Very annoying waste of my time and I'll never be back LOL. 0/10 recommend.

Doesn't stand by product and gives hard to time for less than 75 day use ! Manager argued about himself not making money . Called original store that boots were purchased from, zero problems !

Meant to go to Boot Country but accidentally ended up here but I am very glad I did. I have 0 experience with knowledge on boots and was looking to get my first pair. I explained to Chas exactly what I was looking for and he wasted no time pointing to the exact boots I was looking for. He didn’t try to upsell me on the most expensive pairs and was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Had a pleasant conversation. He even took the time to steam them for a bit to help them fit a bit more comfortably which was above and beyond the service I was expecting. Walked away with a great pair of boots and a satisfied customer. I will be back when it comes time for a new pair or if I need anything in that field. I highly suggested shopping here and the service was very much appreciated.

First time coming here. Mason the guy at the front desk helped me out went above and beyond to show me boots. Ended up buying some. Will return here for sure!

This is a very nice location. They offer plenty of boots, clothing, and accessories in a very clean and well-kept space. The staff was very friendly and checking out was easy.

I cannot stress enough how amazing Chaz and Mason are!!! The absolutely worked miracles on my husband's boots. It took 2 days of them working with us and never once did they act aggravated with us. They kept working with a determination and customer service attitude like I've never seen before. Thank you guys and keep up the great work!!! Wish there were more of you out there.

I did not catch the name of the gentleman who assisted with my purchase but it couldn’t have been a better experience. Beautiful store and knowledgeable employees. A market trainer who was visiting from an outside market was so kind and hooked me up with all I needed for my boots. I can’t wait to come back and use my coupon! Thanks y’all!
