Spend the extra money and go with a different store. The wood coloring on the top of our dinning room table that we purchased a little over a year ago if coming off. We purchased the protection plan that they promote will cover any damages. Turns out, the plan only covers accidental damages not something like this that shouldn’t be happening to this product in the first place.

The salesman was super curtious the moment we stepped in the business. Told him what I was looking for and items I would not compromise on. Jordan led us to a set that met my needs. Display was not the color for me However Jordon showed me gray. Perfect. With that I also purchased a gray power recliner for my husband. The sales manager was just as polite and impressive. This was Sunday 10/20/24.

My husband and I worked with Rob and had a great experience! There is a large selection of different styles of furniture through the store. We never felt like Rob was as being pushy to get our sale. He was very helpful with explaining different options. We are looking forward to receiving our furniture soon!

We purchased a very big order from Bob’s as we just moved into a new home. The representatives at the store were all kind and helpful but as others have mentioned the delivery has been an absolute nightmare! First, our order was supposed to come on a Tuesday. I am tracking the truck which is on my road when I get a call saying the order can’t be delivered as it was never loaded onto the truck. I asked where the truck came from and they said Maryland. How you make it that far and realize a $10K+ order is missing is beyond me. No form of compensation was offered. They accommodated us by coming that Saturday (being they typically only deliver to Indiana on Tuesdays). However, all of a sudden several of the pieces that were in stock are now not available and delayed even further. No one could explain how they were available to originally come on Tuesday but all of a sudden weren’t on Saturday. So the next delivery is set to come in October. Once again, I get a call saying they can’t deliver my order because “I didn’t answer the phone” when they tried to call me. However, I was never told I needed to be able to answer the phone. Obviously my husband was home to accept the order but I was working and unable to answer. After much talking with customer service they did deliver that day. However, once again they didn’t deliver all the items they were supposed to. So now we are waiting for another delivery date in October. TBD if we ever get all the items we ordered ? After all the issues we’ve had customer service has never offered any form of compensation

Rob was very nice and helpful in my furniture selection needs. He was patient and gave us adequate time to make decisions and didn’t hover around or pressure us like some furniture place salesman do. Great experience and we got a great deal! Will definitely be back!

Wow! What a pleasant surprise Bob’s Furniture Store is in Florence, KY! As empty-nesters, we turned a small bedroom into a TV room for the two of us. So we needed a smaller size reclining couch and chair. I’ve always stayed away from stores that I thought sold junk, but Bob’s Furniture is not one of them. It has some very nice stuff for half the price of other places. They have the BEST prices on unique items! We found exactly what we needed for our little, cozy room. Plus, for only $100, we got a 5-year warranty that covers EVERYTHING on the furniture!! Unbelievable! Also, they’re currently growing nationwide. And I can’t say enough about Jason, our salesperson. Super nice guy! Knowledgeable about all the different pieces of furniture. He wasn’t pushy. A real pleasure to deal with!

Our salesman was very knowledgeable, and helpful. He anticipated most of our questions. I typically do not enjoy shopping for furniture. Rob at the Florence location was low pressure, personable, and kept us on point. The shopping experience was positive, and extremely successful. Neat store.
