My opinion most of the time you don't go to Big Lots for basic shopping but maybe looking for one specific thing or things but see that this catch-all type store you find things you can use

I had to return, and it was super easy to return the item. However shelves are not stocked with any product. They are either not getting stock in or it's in the store room and not being put out. Shelves are a mess and you cannot find anything.

Not my cup of tea. I wasn't very impressed with the atmosphere or small aisles. Can't help that everything has gone up in prices but was disappointed I couldn't get what I coming there for. Also very messy - nothing had a set place.

Place was so unorganized. Random thi gs everywhere. And asking for help is like 6pm waiting for a 2nd checkout lane to open at walmart. Waste of time
