Would give this bank five stars BUT because of their employee "Negative" Nancy only giving them 3. Definitely should look into finding a teller with a better and friendlier attitude. Cussing at clients as they walk away is not professional AT ALL especially from someone who claims to work for the bank for 20 years. I can only imagine that's why she's still a teller and never moved up in the company! The manager Heather is GREAT and was super helpful. This bank is good just STAY AWAY FROM NANCY!

Rachel is extremely rude. I can’t believe she actually has a job here. If you have a bank account and make a significant amount of a money from a LLC, she gets overwhelmed and doesn’t understand a word you say.

I have been w/them since they changed from Bank of KY, & have always been treated like gold, even being on the poor side, except just 1 person, yrs ago, who actually did treat the poorer like dirt, so i reported it, & they took care of it immediately. I only don't like the leaving of Independence branches, as for me, the drive, even though 20 to 30 minutes, is a pain, the service has been outstanding, & its not worth leaving for a questionable bank.

Couldn't make a cash deposit in ATM. The shorter hours gave me choice. Called on issue and the teller said to call Brinks! Rude and not helpful.

Love this bank but this location is a joke. They need to offer open interviews, I'm sure they will find more friendly, willing people that actually appreciate their customers- I mean, they are the reason those employees receive paychecks in all.....very disappointed by the lack of customer service here.

If i could i would give this no stars because i just get off the phone with this place to see if my accounts has be closed out yet and the lady was very rude about it i asked her if she know how long it would it for my accounts to be closed and she said really rude that it can take up to 3 business days
