If I could give zero I would. Went in to inform them my dad had passed and wanted to know if they could put his card on hold until the death certificates come in which will be a couple weeks. Not a sorry for your loss or I’m sorry I can’t tell you that. Put her nose up and was extremely rude. It was already hard enough to talk about my dad and for that to happen really shows what staff they hire.

A very helpful, community based bank. I was very impressed with their friendly helpfulness. Everyone was just pleasant

I would like to give Eli and manager Steve ten ⭐. I had a recent issue with my account and desperately needed it fixed. Steve was able to come up with a quick solution on a Friday afternoon - I was on my way in less than fifteen minutes. I've always had good experiences with employees from this location.

This bank has horrible service. Never open inside and takes forever at the drive-thru. Got a service letter from Truist that doesn't mention BBT anywhere. How about notifying the customers when your company changes? The little sign on the front door stating 'the lobby is closed, go to the drive-thru' is useless until you walk up to it. This bank is nothing like the wonderful Bank of Kentucky was!

Customer service is just not what it was (or hardly there at all).1) Called several weeks ago (twice) about an issue and still has not been resolved and no follow-up communication2) Stopped in at 3:30pm (they close at 6pm) but no "bankers" were there to assist (the person there could only cash a check).3) Simply trying to call the branch and phone just rings - no answer at all.Thinking it is time for a change.

If zero stars was an option I would choose it. I got trapped in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. The vehicle in front of me was permitted to make at least 8 different transactions one right after the other. There was three lanes open with two tellers. All lanes were backed up five cars deep. I called the bank to see if they could get some extra help at the window, or if there was a limit to the number of transactions one car could make, but the man that answered the phone was very rude. Apparently they do not care about customer service. Their lobby has not been open for months due to the pandemic, however they seem to have two employees working in the entire building. If your lobby is not open why can’t you have more people working the drive-through. I have other things to do than sit in the drive-through line trapped with cars behind me and unable to get out.

I’m not sure who I talked to this morning but the guy was so rude. I’ve been with BB&T since I was 17, so 7 years. I’ve always had problems with over draft fees and activity on my card that isn’t me. I have it set up to where it shouldn’t over draft. The man explained to me very rudely I had stuff pending. I didn’t know. Shouldn’t it show on my account ? Because it didn't. I was upset and dumbfounded by the rudeness I told the guy I would be closing my account. He said okay that’s fine. Isn’t that poor customer service ? I’m going straight there on Monday to fix my account and close it. I will never bank with BB&T again.

Drive thru is slow as can be now that they’ve closed multiple banks leaving the closest bank 30 minutes away. Customer service is great though, always nice.

This bank is the worst bank I have ever been too! There is never enough tellers and you wait at 20 minutes in the drive thru. The ATM is always screwed up . Goodluck people
