I love this place to hang out. I usually buy an extra hot vanilla chia latte. Today it was just too hot outside. Got something coffee iced latte with caramel. It was good.

Whoever said traditional chain bookstores are dead are oh so wrong! Although I buy most of my books from either Amazon or an independent store in my city called Half Priced Books, it's still fun to browse around Barnes and Noble to find great books on sale. Barnes and Noble also has -- as usual -- a huge, huge selection of magazines covering dozens of topics and interest -- from the common and ordinary to the esoteric. You'll definitely find it at Barnes and Noble! Again, I do love their sales, where you cansave as much as 80% off the list price on many books. So, I encourage everyone go have a look-see and visit at B&N! ????

While I am happy there is a bookstore in Florence this is a very dirty one. They evidently don’t employ custodians. At 11am the restroom should be clean, not without toilet tissue and bins full of sanitary products. Doesn’t the store get cleaned when it closes? The carpets need replacing but they also have dirt on them, evidently not swept after closing either. When is the store cleaned if not in the evening when closed or in the morning before opening? This is not my first time observing the same issues, almost every time I’m in the store it’s the same. The baseboards have been removed in the restroom area like they are anticipating being replaced or the walls being painted. However it’s been this way for at least two years or more. Disappointing.

The staff here is always the sweetest. I asked where a particular book was and instead of pointing me in the right direction the associate literally walked me right to it. Not like I'm surpised though, it's always like that.
