Just wanted to say "Thank You" to the Auto Masters guys for getting my starter replaced in my 2018 Chevy Colorado Z71. I know this was a real pain due to the design and how the starter is not in an easy place that you can unbolt and pull it out.
It's nice to be able to talk to someone when you call to sechedule an appointment not like our local Chevy Dealer here in Florence who you have to leave a message only to find out that they never called back.
I would encourage anyone in need of service to give Auto Masters a call as they will denifitely answer their phone and will treat you right!!

My wife and I go there whenever we need any auto repair work. They always have reasonable pricing and do a good job. They'll talk with you about the work needed and address any concerns.
I've never been disappointed with their work.

My brakes were occasionally binding on my Ford Fiesta. Took the car to AutoMasters, repair cost over $400. No improvement in the brakes. Took car again to AutoMasters explained the repair made no improvement. They examined the car and said second repair to fix the problem would cost over $300. I agreed to second repair, repair made no improvement to the brakes. Again I took car to AutoMaster, again I explained the repair made no improvement. They examined the car and said it needed a new master cylinder but they would eat the cost on this repair. Repair did nothing to repair the binding problem but now the brake pedal sinks to the floorboard when applying pressure. When stopped the brakes require multiple pedal presses to keep the car from rolling.
After three attempted repairs and over $800 spent my brakes are worse than before I took the car to AutoMasters.
Changed my ranking from 5 to 1 star.

I always receive very friendly and timely customer service and auto service I trust. My questions are answered and solid advice given. The coupons mailed out are a nice add and are appreciated as a senior on a fixed income. AutoMasters is my go-to auto service.

I got a quote for replacing my shocks and struts and later asked for an oil change which wasn’t part of quote and it was still pretty close to original quote! Which was several hundred dollars less than most competitors in the area. Friendly staff and accessible location means I will be back next time I need service.

Had an appointment for an oil change at 4 and was out of there at 4:23! Fast & Friendly service! I’ve never been to a shop for an oil change without them trying to get me to spend more money on other things.. This shop was not like that, they did just what I came for and had me out the door quickly! Definitely recommend Automasters!

I have been very happy since I switched to Auto Masters for my service needs. I can get appointments quickly and their prices are reasonable. They always check before performing any work and the work is completed in a timely manner and done properly.
