I’m happy with all the items they listed that are of concern, and even more so his honesty in pointing out which items are most important now versus some of the items I could hold off on a while. And to top it off some of the parts end up being a little cheaper so he charged me less than I was originally quoted. Will definitely be back!”

“Unfortunately Tom Gill Chevy was my 3rd stop looking for a truck but will be my first from now on. When we pulled in to the lot, no salesman came out which is exactly what we liked. Didn't feel like buzzards coming for a meal. We was given time to look around. Marlon walked out and introduced himself and asked if we had seen anything we liked or wanted to look at. When I explained what I was looking for, Marlon pointed me in the right direction. Short time later and a few more songs for my 3 yr old on YouTube and I was driving home in my truck. Marlon bent over backwards to get me in the truck I was looking for. Awesome dealership and extremely tolerant and understanding salesman. Thanks Marlon for all you done.

Yesterday (7/15/24) the Trac Off light went off on my 2015 Toyota Highlander while driving. There I was near Cincinnati Ohio all the way from Middle Georgia. I googled locate Toyota Service Center and Kerry’s came up. I drover over to Florence and needed to leave it over night.
My service specialist Ben drove me right over to the rental office . He contacted me the next morning at 10:30 with news that my car was ready!! Ever better news it wasn’t major and it didn’t break the bank!!

“Staff was professional, and the technicians expertise was obvious. Previous mechanic said it could not fix loose blinker that sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t and also dash lights. So I took it to the dealership and they also said they could not fix it because the car was too old. so I took it to Grout automotive and they fixed every single problem that the car had and for a good fair price! I highly recommend these guys!”

“Just wanted to say "Thank You" to the Auto Masters guys for getting my starter replaced in my 2018 Chevy Colorado Z71. I know this was a real pain due to the design and how the starter is not in an easy place that you can unbolt and pull it out.
It's nice to be able to talk to someone when you call to sechedule an appointment not like our local Chevy Dealer here in Florence who you have to leave a message only to find out that they never called back.
