After a 2 day install of some of the cleanest lighting work you will ever see, I was blown away at the result. These guys exceeded expectations, which were already unimaginably high due to the pictures I've seen before. This is pure perfection that brought life to my unique truck. I can control my lighting the way I want it, and can present my truck in a multitude of ways thanks to their controllers and their lights. When you feel the lights in your hand, you can immediately recognize they are a premium product, particularly if you have ever had your hands on any other type of strip light. You can't even compare.
The whole team made me feel part of the family, and were so welcoming to a first time customer. It was such a refreshing experience in 2024. The customer service here is what the world used to offer. I couldn't have been more ecstatic. Every single person took time out of their busy day to chat, and were all so proud of their business... which they should be. You can feel the pride in the product and in their work.

“I was on my way home and my check engine light came on, along with my battery light, and my air conditioner stopped working.
I pulled into Autozone and Eddie ran a diagnostic check that indicated the alternator was defective. When we looked at the alternator, we noticed the serpentine belt was completely gone.
Eddie and Fred installed it for me on the spot. They saved me from having to call AAA for a tow and a potentially large maintenance bill.

“I had both my headlights replaced because of a class action suit filed and I was notified of in 2022. It took a year for the replacements to get to the dealer and/or to be next on the list? Repair took two hours. I waited in the lobby. Lobby was neat and clean and I was able to watch TV. Courteous customer service. Lights looked great after they were installed.”

“On our trip from Louisiana to western New York we ran into car trouble in Kentucky with our 2016 Dodge Journey on a Sunday afternoon. We barely made it to a hotel at southern part of Florence, KY. On Monday morning we decided to drive (more like limping ) to the Zimmer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in Florence, which was about 15 minutes away. We didn’t know what to expect on a Monday morning, wouldn’t know if they even had time to do a diagnostic let alone fixing the car in reasonable time. The very friendly welcome gave us courage. Right away Mr. Bryan Berchmann (hope I got the name right), took us “under his wings” and kept us up to date about the progress. They found the problem in no time, let us know an approximate time for the repair and really did the repair in a very short time after we had expressed our desire to go on so soon as possible to make it to our destination on the same day. 2 spark plugs would misfire, and that after we just had a tuneup with new spark plugs before we left Louisiana. But Zimmer would fix it in 2 hours for which I believe very reasonable cost. We really recommend Zimmer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership and know whenever we pass in Florence will remember the friendly welcome and good service we received there. “Got an oil change, I really like that you can track the progress on the Walmart app. Really great that it alerts you when it's done too. Great prices on tires, oil changes and just services in general. The associate from the auto center who took my car back was very nice and accommodating. The only negative thing I'll say is, it was estimated to take 30 min but ended up taking 2 hrs bc the were busy. So be prepared to wait if they seem busy.”
