Great location next to turfway racing and gaming. Vary clean and comfortable

Room was older with a musty smell. The kitchen area was nice. Bathroom was clean. Just a damp feeling with a musty odor in the room. Had a room on the end of the hall with a doorway to the stairs and outside, it was VERY noisy. Doors slamming constantly. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

With a $99 price tag, you'd expect you'd have to make some compromises. Much to my delight, I found that I didn't have to. It was clean, functional, and people were polite. What could you possibly ask for?
