I've never been here but apparently someone has used my information to get a loan here in 2019 I don't even live in Kentucky and during the time of the loan I didn't live in Kentucky and wasn't in any type of way looking for a loan cause I had a good paying job, really need to screen ppl better or something cause this is really hurting my credit report

Jill and Melissa were very helpful and patient I had some issues trying to access my new bank account info on my mobile app but they patiently waited and offered suggestions to help me get the information I needed and I walked away with my much needed loan. Thanks so much you all are life savers.
