Recently, we ordered a Big Green Egg online for delivery to Ace Hardware in Florence. There were issues with the order/delivery process, so I reached out to the store to let them know about the problems. When Dawn, the GM, learned about the situation she took IMMEDIATE action, resolved the issues BEYOND our satisfaction, and treated us like we were Ace's MOST important customers. Ace just delivered the BGE and set it up for us (the truck left 10 minutes ago). The young man who delivered and assembled the BGE, Mason, was fantastic, like seriously the nicest guy you can imagine. I'm very grateful for everyone's assistance at ACE in Florence. I could not be happier about this whole buying experience.

We went in to exchange a propane tank and was told “we can’t do it 20 min before close.” Didn’t realize it took 20 min to exchange a propane tank especially when the sign says drop and go…the young kid working the front desk was not helpful at all. Will not be back because of their poor customer service.

John and Jason, along with the other 2 employees in the back loading area were very helpful today. My online order was confirmed ready for pick-up. After driving an hour to get there they only had 3 of the 8 items I needed. They called other stores trying to find them. They went above and beyond with wonderful customer service to make the stores mistake right. Not many stores have amazing customer service anymore.

Very kind and helpful employees, helped me look for the right bolt for about 30 mins. I settled with ones that were similar enough but they didn't work out. Either way the customer service was great, I'll definitely be coming back.

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable employees to help select products. Went for spring lawn care guidance and left with exactly what I needed. Nice to have community hardware stores.

We were shopping for a Weber grill at the Ace Hardware in Florence. It is a busy store, however they employ plenty qualified workers. We requested assistance with the grills. It was a merely 1 minute and a friendly guy who introduced himself as Dennis showed up and asked, "What can I do to help?" He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and quite patient. He led us in the right direction to the perfect model for us. Dennis's wife was our cashier and she was just as pleasant as well. Dennis and another guy were waiting by the exit door to load and secure our new Weber Genesis into the back of our truck. Within just a few minutes we were driving out of the parking lot!!

Jason at this location was an absolute tremendous help in finding me nails for my husband’s nail gun! They were very hard to find but he went above and beyond to get me what I needed! Lori.
