Even though they were shorthanded in the service department, they were able to get my car in for a brake job the same day. Excellent service, a little pricey on repairs, but I'd rather pay a little more to have it done right.

These are Great people. And even though I did not get the truck I wanted, they certainly went out of they're way to make us feel welcome and worked hard to get us a deal. Unfortunately the deal wasn't what We wanted, the experience as a Whole was Great. Maybe next time. We brought our Grandson too and they made him feel great too. I would definitely recommend Cheap's Chevrolet in Flemingsburg ky. Ty!

My fiance and I bought a Subaru Crosstrek over the weekend and I will never buy a car from anywhere else but Cheaps!! The process took a little longer than usual due to a glitch with the system but they were very honest and took care of our family nonetheless!! Although I prefer Eagle in Morehead for buying a new vehicle, Cheap’s is always great with their service! They always are able to fit me in, in a timely manner. I’ve never had to wait more than 5-7 days to get an appointment. The people who work there are so nice, also!

Terrible customer service, brought my 18 ram in for routine oil change, oil filter housing was cracked putting my vehicle out of service for what there saying a few days. Don’t wanna offer a loaner vehicle or make there mishap right. Caused me to miss work and cost my family a great deal of money! Terrible. They was happy to take my money for the purchase of the vehicle but not to happy to make there mishaps correct. They lost mine and several other peoples business over this ordeal! Wouldn’t recommend buying a bicycle from these quacks or let em work on it
