I called Scott’s looking for an Amish baby bed. They were very polite and courteous, and directed me to look elsewhere for the bed. I am sure I will visit them in the near future. Scott’s has been established in Flatwoods, Ky. for many years and they carry top grade, high quality in their furniture.

If I could leave a comment with out stars I would. BUYER BEWARE Horrible treatment and does not serve anyone other than himself. Purchased a reclining chair last week. When I reclined back the chair reclined straight to the floor. I called the store to have it exchanged, where I was met by a very rude man stating I can not return it or exchange the chair. Not only did he immediately decline the return, he used vulgar language and even stated i must have COVID. The COVID comment was random and unrelated to the current conversation. A nearly $900 chair can not be exchanged after a week! Not only is there zero customer service but I believe it is theft and elder abuse.

Supposedly they were having a "sale on everything in the store". I went back as I was shown dining room chairs earlier this fall, yet was told they were the same price "on sale". Not much of a sale. I was going to purchase them today.

Two years ago I gave this company five stars. We had bought a queen size bedroom suit and had been pleased with it for about the first year. Then we noticed The box spring on the bed just had a horrible noise so I called the company and he said that we live too far away for them to come and check it out. We live an hour away?. Bad sign right there. So we put up with the noise coming from the boxspring. Then I decided to buy a bedframe that did not require box springs. When I took this bed apart I could not believe what I saw. The box spring was nothing but wood and cardboard. Yes I said cardboard. I was so shocked, so needless to say, I will not buy from this company again

They have excellant quality in product and service. The sales staff takes detailed time to work with you. The tradition of the store seems to have great values with upscale service.
