Love this place never going anywhere else! Used to go to walmart and it took like 2.5 hours, this place is so fast, friendly and efficient it takes like 10 minutes for a full oil change, and while they are doing that they manage to fill up your tires, clean your windshield and reset your oil light. Kind of feels like you’re on a racetrack and they are your pit crew. They tell you about other services that will improve your car, but they aren’t pushy and don’t recommend things that are unnecessary which I appreciate.

I've been to a lot of oil change establishments over my 40+ years of driving, many worthy of note and recommendation. However, the professionalism and care taken by Oil Changers of Flatwoods, KY far exceeded all of my expectations. Dustin and Kyle set a standard that all others should adhere to. They were not only prompt and courteous, but took great care in all aspects of the needs of my automobile. Dustin showed me the Carfax service record and recommendations that are needed for my vehicle, but wasn't pushy or sales. He allowed me to make my own decision on which services I wished to have completed. A lot of service centers will try to upsell items that are more expensive, when a lesser option exists. That never happened at Oil Changers. I was given some options and allowed to choose without any pressure. They completed two of the items I wanted done and will be going back in a week or so to complete two other services needing attention. Two other items worth mentioning...Safety and cross checking each other's work. It's very clear that safety of the customer is a high priority, because they require you to stay in your vehicle, since you are now inside the shop and parked over the oil change pit. As they compete tasks, they cross check that any bolts, cleanup rags or tools are all accounted for, and then announce to each other that the hood is going to be closed. I personally know two people that have had the engine oil drain plug either completely left off or or thread stripped, with subsequent leak occuring. The procedures in place at Oil Changers keep this from happening. Can only give 5 stars, but would add to that, if possible. Keep up the good work, gentlemen. You've got my continued business and further word of mouth recommendations.

I never take time to write reviews but in this case I had to. I’m new to town and took my car to another place for an oil change and they refused to do service because they said I had a bad oil leak and possibly ruined my engine and shouldn’t drive. I took my car here and told them the situation and they checked everything over and found that the other place had not put the plug back in correctly. They changed my oil and made sure everything was done right. Being a woman in a new state and knowing no one here really yet is hard and they were so so helpful! Thank you again!!
