Me and my friend went into CVS for a last minute gift and we were welcomed by two amazing employees, Amanda and Britney !! They helped us out for half and hour and got us all set up with CVS accounts and they were more than happy to explain everything to us and go out of their way to show how much they cared for us!! They have created an amazing experience and environment for me and my friend and have made me feel truly welcomed back into my local CVS !! ☺️

My grandma had go to hospital because of a very bad stomach infection they give her antibiotics two days ago and told her she had to start immediately. Yesterday they said would be today. I waited to almost 6pm to make sure they was ready. The drive thru had at least 15 cars so I went in and they were coming out the end of the aisle. Took about 40 minutes to get to the register and guess what. They said it wasn’t ready and should have it in 2 hours. About the time they close. I’m willing to bet it won’t be ready then either. If not kdmc said she would need to come back to the hospital to get iv antibiotics and couldn’t believe they still didn’t have them filled. I would look for another pharmacy. It’s always been bad but nothing like this. So my grandma who lives on a fixed income will have to pay out of pocket for another hospital visit because they are so incompetent at the pharmacy. We will be switching everything over to the pharmacy across from O’reilys I’ve heard nothing but good things about them.

If I could give a 0.1 star I would! I went through the drive through to get a couple of things, the lady told me there was nothing there. I stated that we had called Friday and they stated they would get them together. She rolled her eyes, got very smart about 'looking for it' .... She already looked. It is very uncalled for, for a customer to go through to try and get medical things and get eye rolls, head flips and attitude from someone who is not better than anyone else. I had not been in Flatwoods but for a few months and will NOT stop at CVS again!

If I could give a lower review I would. Went to get mine and my son's meds. They said a few days ago that my son's meds were ready for pic up and I figured he had some left so I'd pick them up when I went out. Got there today and was told that they were still working on it. I told them I got the message that it was ready days and he said that I should have had it put on rush order. I said I didn't need to because I was told it was ready and he said I don't know what to tell you and walked off while me and others in line were still standing there. I got mad and said I didn't like the attitude and that I wasn't going to put up with it. The pharmacist came and said she would deal with my meds and that It would have taken care of all while the pharmacy tech was staring at me. I told her that I wasn't going to put up with him staring me down and she then talked to me like a child and told me to play nice Isaid I wasn't playing. She then told me to have a seat while she filled the Rx. So I did and the next thing I know the cops were called and I was trespassed from the store. Got his meds but not mine and my wife was told to change pharmacies.

Pharmacy may be slow at times but that's to be expected because they stay busy at the pharmacy. I have always got my prescriptions when they are due. The online app doesn't work very well especially when you place a refill order it never seems to get filled. I have to call to make sure but that's not the pharmacies fault. I seen all the bad reviews but I have never had any pharmacist or employee be rude to me. They have always been helpful and on few occasions the pharmacist has talked to me to tell me if any new medicines I get will react to current medications I take. I have been going to that pharmacy for 4 or 5 years now and never a problem. Actually my wife and daughters also use this C.V.S. and they enjoy it there. I recommend them highly.

Today I had the absolute worst customer experience ever at any CVS. Got an ex called in for my 10yr old son for Tami Flu. Went to pick up and was told they are out of the capsule but they did have the liquid. However they flat out refuse to fill with the liquid form without the Dr.’s consent. I went back to Urgent Care to get Dr. Consent and was told they don’t need consent. I called back and asked again to fill the Rx that I was told they do not need Dr consent. After 2hrs of driving back and forth, walking in/out, phone calls (45 min on hold at CVS) I asked them to please call KDMC urgent care and have the Dr give consent. They flat refused again to make the call because they didn’t have enough staff to make a phone call. I will NEVER do any business with or patronize CVS ever again. I will take my Rx business to Stultz Phamacy from now on and buy any other supplies at Walgreens, Walmart Dollar General or Kroger.

They're rude there and they never have certain medications in stock. It's unreal. How do you run out of medications? Is someone not ordering them. The pharmacy techs are VERY RUDE

This is Tj's wife, Courtney Martin. I scheduled boosters for my children bc we are traveling spring break. We had our original vaxes last summer. The website didnt mention that we needed to bring our vax record cards and the gov portal says we do not need them for out boosters anyway. The male pharmacist said that we had to have them to prove we already hadn't had several. This was of course ridiculous. No one would sign off on several and if I was that crazy I would just claim it was our first shot. Not to mention he is just lying to us. He was very rude from the time we walked in to the time we left. Did not want to be bothered.

The black lady at the drive through may be the rudest person I have ever dealt with.

CVS discriminates against Medicaid recipients by not allowing them to pay for delivery of prescription drugs. They blame the insurance provider. The insurance provider did not create the prohibition, this is obviously a CVS Corporate decision. I will be contacting Kentucky Medicaid at the first opportunity to report the discrimination.
