“Penningtons is the only grocery store in our small town of Flatwoods Ky. So some residents go to the store multiple times a week or sometimes more than once in a day. I do wish they would be a little more considerate when hiring Cashiers because not only did I have a bad experience with an employee recently, my husband and my parents have all had a bad encounter with a new employee. On three separate occasions. She has blonde long hair and she's really a beautiful girl.... Until she has to do her job and then she shows an ugly, impatient side and if not for the Man over this store being Such an Awesome, trustworthy and reliable person, I may not have gone back. She looked at me and rolled her eyes at the elderly lady ahead of me for taking a little longer than most people, as if I was going to agree with that type of behavior. She did the same exact thing to me when I needed to put my phone number in to use my account points.”

“After recently changing from medicaid to a private insurance, I have not been able to afford the medicine I need. Fortunately I got the chance to speak to Joe, who took the time out from his busy schedule to combine discount cards & get my medicine down to a price I could afford! “Flatwood, Ky Walgreens is so friendly. Today I have a stye on my right eye so I asked if a Pharmacist could assist me with the correct medicene to buy. Lynnette came out to help me look at the products & tells me that someone in her family had a stye & told me what had worked for them. She even walked around the aisles with me to make sure that I bought what works plus saved me money with the Walgreens brand which is the same exact thing she said! I can't thank Lynnette enough - so helpful & friendly- she was awesome!!!”

“I would just like to say that Randy is the best part of cvs and I sure hope they give that man a raise! He makes the drive through experience pleasant, which I didn't even think was possible. He's always kind, friendly, patient and funny but today he went above and beyond. He realized I had my little one in the car and wanted to pass on a message (that the medicine tasted bad) and took the time to write it in a note he held up so my son wouldn't see it or overhear. Who else would think to do that? Randy, that's who! This man is a treasure ❤️”
