Possibly one of the worst experiences i have had. I had a very valuable car that was damaged in a rear end collision. Statefarm had me take it to bowmans. They had the car for 4 months. Joy rode it, broke the radio, fixed the car with bondo and only painted half of it without matching the color. I raised a complaint to statefarm, which contacted bowmans. Bowmans offered to bring the car back in to resolve the issues. I declined the fix as the car had been there for 4 months and was only in its sorry state because of who ever “repaired” it and overseen the process. Its been a few months now and the car is sitting in the garage because the clutch was burned out in the joy ride. And the paint has cracked from the bondo repair job. You some just have bad luck with places, but their is just a minimal line at which you treat peoples property with respect. Statefarm did buy another radio for the car because bowmans denied the accusations even though there was video evidence of everything working before entering the shop.

Do not take your vehicle here! They are not even Bowman's anymore, they were bought out and just didn't change the name and they do terrible work now. Spent almost 2,000 dollars in repairs and my car sounds exactly the same as it did before I brought it there and is getting worse. And when we reached out to them about my car not sounding or acting just the same their reply was " well just give it a couple weeks to work out the kinks!" That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Trust me do not bring your vehicle to this place! And they were supposed to do a complete vehicle maintenance and managed to overlook that new shocks were very obviously needed for one, I mean when my car hits a bump you can hear it for probably miles away and that's not even all of what they somehow seemed to overlook. I will give them this though..they did do a good job of cleaning off my headlight covers to where I can see better driving at night but then again my 7 year old nephew could have done that.

Great experience under the circumstances. Was emptying out my sons car after his wreck and had tire blowouy while there. Alex i think was his name, tried to air it up for me. It wouldnt hold air so he offered to have tire picked up and replace it. Good dude. Give him a raise lol.

I hit a deer and needed a pretty substantial amount of repair to the front end of my vehicle - Bowmans made getting my car back quick and easy! Excellent service and friendly staff - I really appreciate them helping to make this whole experience much less stressful! They helped me understand my options without judgment, and it really felt like their goal was to get my car fixed, not just make a buck. 100% recommend this shop!

WOW!! So impressed with the service here. I was driving from Michigan to see family and hit a deer ? ??just miles from my destination. Really, he hit me??. So if you see a one horned buck wobbling around in Flatwoods Kentucky, he may be the one. ??They were polite (felt like old friends) and professional. They said it would be 2 weeks and IT WAS.
