“My experience with Louisville Cars and Trucks was amazing. I was contacted by the salesman, Peter, after requesting info on a 2010 Toyota Tundra req Max. He took the time to FaceTime me to allow me to see a live video of the vehicle’s body for any damage or rust. I asked him if he could hold the vehicle for 24 hours as I was driving down from Chicago for a test drive. He confirmed the next morning if I was still driving down and I confirmed that the car was still available. It was and I drove down. I’m happy to say I purchased the vehicle from a great local used car dealer in Louisville, KY!

Last November I purchased a 2008 Honda Element SC and I had the honor of meeting a gentleman named Masoud.
I had to travel to Kentucky from St. Louis Missouri so it was quite the drive for me.
Masoud was very thorough with answering my questions over the phone and providing me with pictures and documentation to help solidify my decision.
We drove down there on a Saturday and he was kind enough to take time out of his day to come up and meet us personally in order to make the sale after driving the vehicle was satisfied with purchasing it and he also worked me a fair deal on my price.
I paid for this vehicle full in cash at the time and was worked a fair price.
Since then I have put 20,000 miles on it and I have not had any major issues.
He was even kind enough to send me VTEC solenoid filters for the element as these are common parts that have issues on the Honda engines.
When I arrived there, he had the vehicle up on a lift for me so I could thoroughly do an under body inspection as these vehicles are known for rust issues and this one was in very good condition.
There is not many preowned vehicle lots that I feel that you can trust nowadays, but this is one that I would definitely make that drive again to buy another vehicle from just because of the quality experience and the vehicle condition in which I received.

“Bought a 2010 Scion XD, got if for a decent price. The car had a bad battery they replaced for free. The mechanics care about the cars and want you to feel confident in them. They checked the warning lights on the dash using a plug-in reader so I was able to see what that was before buying. Quick and easy transaction and overall decent service. “I was going on a trip in a few days and got into a fender bender. The mirror was just hanging and the tire had been involved. I took my Audi 5 sportback to Audi Louisville to check it out and to try to replace the mirror as I could not safely make the trip without it.
They calmed my fears and assured me the mirror was designed to do what it did. They put the mirror back together like Legos. Once they did that all the electronics in the mirror worked perfectly. They were able to take my car in for inspection before the trip (within days) and check all the tires, liquids, etc. I went on my way feeling secure I had a safe car.
