This place is ruining NFL (and from what I can tell every sport) merchandise. But I post here for a recent visit to Lids (“a fanatics experience” with the Lids logo) where I no joke saw two obvious DHgate knockoffs (Dak and TJ Watt) HANGING FRONT ROW for sale. I told the clerk and he didn’t know any difference. But I just laughed, that’s fanatics for you. Just absolute trash.

Good warehouse to make seasonal money, after that don't you dare to think about full-time job,HR office is a maffia their ULTIPROP to check your gaining vacations hours and payment checks most of the time is "blocked " so HR will mess with your money and your hours, if you complain probably they'd assign you to the worst position, if you're young and gotto work showing your booty no problem, the company brought a Manatee from Jacksonville FL and a killer whale from Ohio to coerce and threat those who speak the truth. One more thing, there's a Mexican bird in HR ,don't trust him, the guy is a pathological liar and he's got a big mouth.Below there's a photo of one of the most efficient Team Leader. A latina girl named "La Negra chivatona"(snitch)alwayson vacation alwaysdoingnothing..a person la maffia trust and a very close sentimental friend of Oscar the Manatee one of the bosses of the place.

I have been a customer for over 10 years with Fanatics and Lids and I have never had any problems getting my orders. They’re great about getting it to you pretty quick as well and everything I’ve ordered was good quality

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CLOWNS! I placed an order last year that took a couple of weeks to arrive after a 5 working day shipping quote. I chalked it up to Covid and tried again this year. Now, they are using Lasership, which they do not disclose until after your order is placed, and send you a tracking email. My package again with 5 day shipping sat in a warehouse with 5 miles of it's destination for more than a week and a half before they decided they could not find it. Lasership is trash, and so is anyone who hates their customers enough to use them.

Absolute trash company. Ordered 2 jerseys on the 22nd of July with next business day shipping, paid an additional fee for this obviously, come to find out said Jersey was not in stock, rather than email me, or contact me at all 13 days later I see my order is still "being processed", so I reach out to support, after being told by the first agent I attempted to deal with I was told to give him a few minuites while he checked into the issue, 10 minuites pass, then 20, then 30, I ask for some sort of reply so I would know the agent was still there nothing. Finally I just end that chat. Tried again, better agent the second time around, this agent informed me of the situation. This company tried to rob me of the extra fee they charged me for "next business day shipping". Truly a bunch of crooks.

I placed an online order from Fanatics. I had ordered in the past multiple times with no complaints. This experience was so incredibly bad never again!! And I don't like the word never. Hidden charges everywhere.... you have to be so careful and they still got me this time. Shipping defaults to $14.99 expedited shipping instead of $4.99 regular shipping. Advertise 365 day returns, which they do have. However, you have to pay $9.99 to return a product and then you're not credited back to the form of payment you used, but given a completely worthless eGift card. And I mean completely worthless because I was so done with this company I tried to use it to buy something I knew would not need to be returned and just be done with the company. eGift card wasn't even valid!! Multiple chats and phone calls to finally get my credit card credited the way it should have to begin with. Run away fast from this company.

I will NEVER order from this company again!! The wouldn't replace a jersey I purchased even though it was replaced once before. If I could give 0 stars I would!! Beyond angry!!! That was my birthday present from my husband!!

I work here! Great place to work, fun environment, you get rewards and prizes as well. It does have a seasonal positions every year but also has opportunity to get hired on fulltime.

Do not buy from this company. I had to pay $9.99 to return a shirt I had purchased for $9.99. Ridiculous
