Stronghold Self-Storage is clean and secure. The employees are helpful, friendly and sweet, and they try to help you. Excellent service and awesome service with many thanks. The office hours are good for questions and booking. The place looks great with new paint, overhead and repairs on downspouts. People have a free month granted after a problem getting access, and a comped month. 11 years with no complaints and a plan to stay because the storage is reliable. The manager knows the rules and does not make up answers. Highly recommend Stronghold Self-Storage.

After having a problem getting into the facility, the manager Chris,went out of her way to grant me access, and even comped me a free month. The place is clean and secure. I will be using Stronghold Storage from here on out. 5Stars!! Thank You Chris , and Stronghold Storage in Erlanger Ky.

I have had some bad experiences with storage places, and the employees are usually very rude, but not at stronghold, these people are so sweet, ànd they really try to help you out as much as they can. Come to stronghold you will love them
