Horrible customer service at this location. It was cash only I just enough money for a refill coffee. The manager refused to let me use my coffee cup as a refill."Said it's not washable you can't use it." The manager wonders why she can't keep staff she's the reason!!. She's constantly outside smoking leave 1 person to ring people out. I will never go to this location again

The pop machines to get slushies are always broken and at the others one too and there are a ton of drug dealers bothering people outside wanting money for dope and homeless people this place is not safe to go to

Dirty. parking lots all messed up and the bathroom is always seem to being out of order more like they don't want to clean them.

Restrooms are closed . I was going to get gas and food but couldn't was hands or use restroom. I will not buy from a station with no restrooms. My fleet gas account will go to BP

Store hours are shown as 24 hours. Every time I go there, there is a hand written note on the door stating that the store is closed at 10pm sorry for the inconvenience. This is before 10pm and the doors are locked. Irritating to drive there and can't buy what I need, not just want. The cashiers are mostly friendly when I stop in at other times. The age old saying that the $hit rolls downhill is true... Do better by your employees and they'll do better by you. No survey necessary.

I rated my local Speedway 3 ⭐'s because they dropped their closing hours from 11pm to 10pm and because they lock their doors before 10pm. They need to put up a sign that reads "Closes before 10pm because staying open until 10pm is inconvenient.". An inconvenient convenience store. I walk and use the bus, this use to be my go to place before going to work at 11pm. That's why the 11pm closing was important to me. Sad.
