Steve and Joe were great - They took on a tricky job and made it happen. Steve was like a skilled surgeon in a tight spot. He had to employ a variety of techniques to work in a narrow space, and he never broke a sweat. Very impressed. I will be back for the next project. Thanks guys.

I contacted Smith towing to tell my vehicle to a local repair shop. They responded quickly. Randy did an awesome job with fantastic communication and follow up. I can't recommend Smith towing high enough as they always come through in the clutch.

After a long day of waiting for a tow. ..Gieco really dropped and left me hanging for an entire day after a giving drivers the wrong info. 10 hours of mishaps on a 90 degrees day. Not the first time Gieco roadside service left me hanging But it will be the last time .Smith towing picked the car up and delivered it . Thank you for restoring my sanity .

I had my car totalled last week, left all my personal belongings in it, with windows down, unlocked and nothing was touched. I had $500 in there as well! This company has great workers and I would use this company again of need be.

I called AAA, they told me they couldn't get my truck from the parking garage. Smith's came out in less than 1/2 hour, loaded up and out in 15 min. Amazing!

I can’t say enough about Smith’s. It’s a first class operation all the way around. The driver Steven was awesome. It’s nice seeing true professionals working their craft so to speak. I was on a dangerous part of 71/75 right before the 184 exit. He had me on my way in no time at all. Wait time for a Sunday afternoon on Father’s Day wasn’t as bad as I expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Smith’s up again and I recommend that you do so for your needs. You won’t be disappointed

I cannot say enough great things about the service I recieved from Smith’s Towing. I got a flat tire on the highway in NKY and after waiting for an hour for my insurance company to find me roadside assistance, I ended up calling Smith’s myself. The tow truck arrived in just a few minutes and provided quick assistance changing my tire. The driver was so kind and made me feel so safe, he even helped to recommend nearby tire repair shops for a replacement. I am so grateful for their service and would highly recommend to anyone in need of a towing company in the area!Service: Tire change

My car was towed by Smith's towing off of mineola Pike today. The reason my car was towed was totally my fault I cannot blame anybody but myself and I'm not about to complain about that. I am going to complain about Smith's towing trying to price gouge me. I work at Amazon and I had parked my car across the street and a neighboring company's parking lot. My normal end of day is at 5:30 and Smith's towing's normal close of business is at 6:00 p.m. I just happened to have a doctor's appointment today at 5:30 so I left work at 4:00 p.m. walked outside noticed my car have been towed and again totally my fault and called the towing company. The person I spoke to told me that it was $171 and it was a cash only payment. I contacted somebody to come get me drove to facility off of mineola Pike to pick up my car she told me that as long as I have my driver's license and my registration showing that I am the vehicle owner I could pick up my car for $171 and they do not accept credit or debit. I go in to pick up my car I pull out one $100 bill and 4 $20 bills she proceeds to tell me that they do not have change. What kind of company does not have change for a 20? I said we don't have change and she said well we're closing in 20 minutes what do you want to do? I go up to the gas station get change for a 20 return back to Smith's towing pay $171 with my $100 bill 3 $20s and a $10 bill and a $1 bill which I got from the gas station. I feel like a cash only business telling me they don't have any change is a rip off especially that close to closing when people are desperate to get their car back they're only means of transportation. I think other people have probably experienced this and they've been so aggravated they probably just let her have the change and went on about their day. This is a theft however you want to name it it is fast theft of my time theft of my money and they should be ashamed.

I cannot say enough for SMITH, towing and for their employee, Steve, as I was in a situation, where I had to move immediately out of my apartment, and I needed my motorcycle towed! They said somebody within 40 minutes during rush hour traffic and was able to even help me move my mattress and help me move some of my belongings. They were Lifesavers in a serious situation that I had to get out of a oh the more than they charge me for which was pretty reasonable for last minute help. Literally under $200. I don’t even know how to say that they possibly could’ve saved my life, so thank you so so much when I had nobody here in Kentucky, helping me as I am not from here I’m actually from Boston Massachusetts and have no friends or family here to help me out of the situation I was in you guys did gods work today so thank you. ♥️?Service: Motorcycle towing
