Been standing in line with my father in law for 20+ minutes now, being ignored by the arrogant, flippant staff at this location. We have a simple request--5 gallons of paint. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in years.
EDIT: Credit where credit is due. After another few minutes, another employee realized we'd been waiting and got us what we needed immediately. He even carried it out to our truck. Nice guy. I actually had to buy more paint a few days later and this same guy was, again, extremely helpful and friendly. I don't know if he's the manager at this location or what... but he should. In fact... make him CEO. Thank you for your help.

Employees that we have had the oleasure of working with aren't knowledgeable of the products they are selling, or their computers. Some shouldn't be in customer service jobs, they are far from friendly.

The store is nice and clean and stocked with about whatever you need but every time I’ve been in there there’s only one employee. Sherwin Williams prices are ridiculous and I only purchase there if a client insists. Many other paint brands have come a long way over the years. Other paints are just as good IMHO.
