Clean, neat, tidy no frills motel. No carpet. Strong smell of chlorine was better after was activated. Does have lovely pool and free breakfast that is clean, tasty.
Rooms: Clean and tidy. But felt outdated
Nearby activities: Huge mall with tons of restaurants available within 6 miles.
Safety: Felt like safe area.
Food & drinks: One or two vending machine within building, until breakfast.
Noteworthy details: Does have shuttle to provide transportation to airport. You can leave car parked there and shuttle will pick you back up on your return flight.

Rooms are dated but clean and spacious. It has a shuttle to the airport and the staff was nice. Unfortunately people were loud all around, and you could hear the entire conversation happening in the next room and another drunk lady trying to get into someone else's room at 1 am.

The hotel was a bit sub-par: water stains on the ceiling, hallway had an unpleasant smell, breakfast food options were limited, and the fitness room had broken / missing equipment.

Make sure no one stays here at all if you don't care about privacy. We decided from Thursday night till Sunday to stay for the weekend for a little getaway. Well we went it everything started good we got a king suite looked pretty good. Woke up next morning to Justin playing video games on an extra TV we brought with out Xbox. We went to get breakfast around 9 and it was already gone. Decided to take a nap around 2 and feed oakleigh I Breestfeed also. Justin's playing xbox and baby is sleeping I fell asleep got woke up to a quiet knock on the door so we look at each other then housekeeping decides to walk in before he can even get up they say housekeeping and he said no and the dude proceeded to walk in and look at me while my book was out and grab the trash very loudly even tho he saw that the baby and me was trying to sleep. They walked in even after we said no didn't even answer the door then proceeded to be loud and even talk to each other in there language. Well after that happened we tried calling the front office and the lady who answered said she'll tell her manager and was in a rush to get off the phone. Mind you that there all the same race so I'm thinking maybe it's a family owned hotel and they live there. We go out for the day come back and there's a couple of them outside staring at us talking about us. Everytime we go in and out the lobby they look and start whispering. Well yesterday were in our room we get another knock and the lady that answered the phone and a dude walked in again and said something about roof leaking mind you I'm in bed once again getting the baby a nap so Justin's playing games and they look where I am and leave doesn't even say anything. Not only did they not care about our privacy but they were very rude and immature. Last night we needed towels since after the first day they never came got our trash or gave us fresh towels so Justin calls the front desk asking for more towels they say yes whats tour room number so we tell them and they say nope you have to wait till housekeeping In the morning. Why ask for our room number if you can't hand out towels? Never heard of a place that doesn't give you towels when housekeeping isn't there. Also felt like every second we were being watched like there was hidden cameras. Also there was poop smeared all over the wall by the toilet. Here's some pictures and some reviews people left about them just walking in. When we checked out we also had to wait Additional 5 minutes bc of the TV we brought in they thought we stole it so they had to check the security cameras.

The rooms were clean but the bathroom floor was VERY wet. The breakfast was decent, and when I asked about any available meat, the lady working said they were out. I told her I have a gluten alergy. She was caring enough that when a few minutes later the delivery came with sausage patties, she found me in the breakfast room to let me know she was making sausage for me. Excellent service!

Great price. Great service. Easy access. Great breakfast: biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, waffles, cold and hot cereals, toast, bagels, muffins daily.

Parking. Had to wait to check in to start. Two people at the desk. Driver not at all friendly going to airport. Coming home worse. We called at 11:10 approximately and said will be there at 1130. Called and said driver left at 1130 and that is what I was told. Not. Driver finally arrived at 1144. No air in the truck. Awful.. park elsewhere

This place is awful! The hallway & room smells so bad. There is an old kitchen stove in the hallway beside our room. The bedding had stains on them. They did change the bedding for us but still. There is dark hair in the bathroom and we have blonde hair. The parking is terrible. I will NEVER stay here again.
Rooms: Do not stay!

Used the park and fly option. Shuttle took an hour to pick us up. Rooms were dirty.

We don't usually stay at Quality Inn when we travel and after this experience, we're reminded why. Where do we begin?
1. We were traveling with our daughter and grandson and they slept on the pull out sofa. We had to call front desk to get the linen for it. So we picked up the room phone to call and it didn't work. Thankfully we had our mobile phones so we googled the number to call. Once we reached the front desk, we were told to come down and get the linen instead of someone bringing it up to us.
2. The room had hardwood floors and there were spot stains on them which resembled either blood or feces.
3. There was some kind of plastic on the window which resembled Saran Wrap or something.
4. The dining area had drink machines and there were gnats or something flying around them probably attracted by the sugar.
5. There were areas in the bathroom which seemed like they needed to be recaulked.
6. It appeared they were using the end of the hall we were on as a storage place for boxes. It was tacky and distasteful along with the plants being stored in buckets in the window.
Overall, the room and level of service were not worth the money we paid. We would love to get our money back which we'll be working on next.
