“I had a wonderful experience reserving/packing Uboxes at the Gilbert Uhaul location. I lived in the neighborhood without a car, so I must have visited the location at least 6 times to cart a dolly full of boxes and moving supplies home. I'm so thankful I could get all of my moving supplies right around the corner. (Side Note: I highly recommend the brown packing tape -- like a dream for packing!) Everyone was helpful and friendly. Although this isn't the common location for loading, the Gilbert store happily accepted my reservation and ensured my Uboxes were available on moving day. I feel like everyone worked to ensure my move was as smooth as possible. Management went above/beyond to get all the details corrected and send me and my things on my way across the country. I know renting storage containers can be stressful, but my experience overall was very good.My only small complaint was the wait time to have my Uboxes ready for the movers to load. They waited in the parking lot for almost an hour, which I was paying for at a rate of $160/hr. There were some snags with getting my paperwork complete and the location was VERY busy (I'm talking lines to the door) so I understand that the delays were not intentional, but waiting for so long was certainly costly. It would have been great if my containers had been ready a lot sooner to save me some money and my movers some time.Regardless, I am very happy with service and I think this location deserves praise for all the help they provided over the month of my move. And extra special Thank You!!!”

“I have been trying to pack and move and figure out what my storage needs may be. Tessica who is at this location is an absolute GEM. She is so helpful and knowledgeable. She is friendly, smart, helpful, professional and welcoming. I have been in there buying boxes, preparing for our move and storage, sometimes 20 at a time. I have slight hand tremors and have trouble carrying certain things with my hands. She is so accomodating and always makes sure I dont feel embarrassed. I can't say enough nice things about this lady. Thank you so much for having on staff a quality employee like her. I will always refer people to this location for storage, rental and moving supply needs.”
“The staff here were very friendly and helpful. Despite training someone new at the time of my visit, I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I didn't have any complaints. Masks were recommended to keep everyone safe particularly in such a small space and I felt like the staff was curious and professional with their policies. No complaints and I would visit here again next time I needed to rent a uhal.”

“Don a worker at this location went above and beyond for me just now, they didnt have any trucks available but unlike the 3 other stores i called before he went into the system and found me the truck i needed as well as got it reserved for me as well saying "well figured i would save you some time and hassle of you having to keep trying to find one" moving day is always so stressful and finding out my truck wasnt available as i woke up today made it way worse but Don luckily lent me a hand and saved the day. If you see this Don seriously thank you again for the help i cant thank you enough.”
